Avacado

Avocado is a pear-shaped fruit with a rough, dark green to blackish-brown skin, depending on the variety. Inside, it has a creamy, pale green flesh that surrounds a large, smooth seed or pit in the center. The flesh is buttery and rich, with a mild, slightly nutty flavor. The outer skin is tough and inedible, while the inner flesh is soft and easily mashed or sliced.
